Tapserwood Cabinets is a premium RTA (Ready-To-Assemble) cabinet supplier operated by TAPSERWOOD LLC, based in San Antonio, Texas. We sell and ship prefabricated cabinets (kitchen, bathroom/vanity, and closet) nationwide across the United States.

Important: Tapserwood Cabinets sells cabinets only. We do not provide installation, remodeling, demolition, or construction services. Cabinets are sold as ready-to-assemble products and shipped directly to your location.

2.1 Product Descriptions
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible on the Site, including colors, dimensions, and materials. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or device displays colors accurately. Actual cabinet colors may vary slightly from what you see on screen.

2.2 Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

2.3 Measurements and Selection
Tapserwood offers measurement assistance to help customers select the right cabinet sizes for their projects. However, the customer is ultimately responsible for verifying all measurements before placing an order.

2.4 RTA (Ready-To-Assemble) Products
All cabinets are sold as ready-to-assemble units. Assembly is the responsibility of the buyer. We do not provide assembly or installation services.

  1. PRICING AND PAYMENT

3.1 Pricing
All prices displayed on the Site are in US Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of purchase.

3.2 Quotes
Quotes provided through our website, phone, email, or any other channel are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated in writing. Quotes are estimates and the final price may vary based on confirmed measurements and product availability.

3.3 Payment
Payment terms and methods will be communicated at the time of your quote or order confirmation. Full payment or an agreed-upon deposit is required before orders are processed for shipment.

  1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

4.1 Shipping Area
We ship to all 50 states within the United States from our warehouse in San Antonio, Texas.

4.2 Shipping Times
Estimated shipping times will be provided with your order confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, product availability, and shipping carrier schedules. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

4.3 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be included in your quote. Costs may vary depending on order size, weight, and delivery location.

4.4 Delivery Inspection
Upon delivery, the customer is responsible for inspecting all packages for visible damage. Any damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. Please take photographs of any damaged items and packaging and contact us immediately.

  1. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

5.1 Return Policy
Due to the custom nature of cabinet orders, all sales are final. We do not accept returns on orders that have been shipped unless the product is defective or damaged during shipping.

5.2 Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement of the damaged items at no additional cost.

5.3 Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, photographs, and designs, is the property of Tapserwood Cabinets / TAPSERWOOD LLC and is protected by United States copyright and intellectual property laws.
